Peep into the Village is a web portal designed for the learning community at The Design Village. The intent was to create an interface for design students and academicians to engage with the curriculum and pedagogy beyond just structures and timelines, with a little life and serendipity. The web portal was imagined as space where the many objects, spaces, people and the stories of the village live.

Naubad Karez: Rapid Assessment

In Bidar there are three Karez systems which were built in 15th Century ACE during the Bahmani rule which are Jamna Mori, Shukla Theerth and Naubad Karez.

The rapid assessment of Naubad Karez line in Naubad area, Bidar city was conducted to identify the current changes on the ground. The goal is to secure the time and resources necessary to develop refined, up-to-date, and more comprehensive condition assessment documents in near future.

This visualization is imagined to make the diverse, multi-geographic, and interconneted network of relationships within Greenhub India visible. The visualisation also serves as a  tool for long-term archival processes as wellas planning within the organisation and programmes.

These infrastructures are co-imagined and co-built in ways that are community-driven and are responsive to local realities. COMN was co-built with a hamlet in coastal Karnataka, Hara.
